Submissions and Requirements of Water Forest Press Publishing House
|
The following applies to novellas, novels and short story collections: We find that we can work much more efficiently with a faster turnaround time if a thorough synopsis of at least 300 words accompanies the first 2 chapters and last chapter of your manuscript, which should be submitted electronically, at the bottom of this page. Do not submit the entire manuscript at this time. Please follow submission requirements as specified below.

Water Forest Press Submission (your submission will retain paragraphing and spacing, regardless of the block format you may see on your confirmation page.) This submit form is for the editorial evaluation of your sample chapters or a few poems only. This submission will not be used to format printed books. All Fields are Required.
Don't be concerned with final formatting at this point. If your manuscript is accepted, you will be instructed on how to submit your final manuscript for print. **PLEASE NOTE: For accepted, final Word document submission, you will be emailing a completed word document to WFP. You will not be using this auto submit form for final submissions. As you type your final manuscript to email to WFP, single space after periods. Don't double space manuscripts. Use a row of asteriks **** to indicate time and/or scene changes. Do not tab or indent. Don't hit hard returns at the end of a line - let your word processor use auto-wrap or auto-flow. We have reasons for requiring specific manuscript formatting. We will provide further, final submission information via email. Thank you !
